School review information
Surrey Christian School is a standout choice for families who value character formation as much as report cards. It offers a 'middle ground' between elite academic pressure cookers and standard public education, providing a supportive, faith-integrated environment where students can fix cars, lead worship, and code software all in the same week.
Editorial review summary
Parents and students describe a warm, tight-knit community where teachers genuinely care about student well-being. The 'Educating for Wholeness' philosophy is frequently praised for fostering character alongside academics. Reviews highlight the unique 'Falcons Motor Club' and strong arts programs as major positives. However, some families note that the admissions process can be competitive with wait pools common after February. A few reviews mention traffic congestion around drop-off times and that the strict Christian lifestyle expectations for staff can be a point of controversy for some community members.
